Information about the processing, storage and protection of personal data shared through www.barok.com.tr.
This notice has been prepared to inform visitors and users about the protection of personal data under the relevant legislation.

1. Data Controller

2. Personal Data Processed
Contact, quotation and career forms may process name, phone number, email, company and request details; career applications may also include CV data. BarokMetraj project data remains in the browser and is not sent to Barok Yapı unless the user actively shares it.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Data is processed to handle requests and pre-contractual steps, manage quotations and customer relations, assess career applications, establish or defend legal rights and comply with legal duties. Processing relies on the legal grounds in Article 5 of Law No. 6698; separate consent is requested where consent is required.
4. Collection Method
Your personal data may be collected electronically or physically through contact forms on barok.com.tr, e-mail, phone, face-to-face meetings, quotation requests and other communication channels.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Data may be shared, only as necessary, with authorised public bodies, legal and financial advisers, hosting or email providers and relevant company teams. Analytics data is processed through Google Analytics only after analytics consent.
6. Retention of Personal Data
Contact and quotation records are retained while the request is handled and for applicable legal limitation periods. Career applications not matched to an open role are retained for no longer than two years, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights
Within the scope of applicable law, you may request information about whether your personal data is processed, request details if it has been processed, learn whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and request deletion or destruction where legally possible.
