Through contact forms, quotation requests and other interaction areas, users may share contact information such as name, phone number and email address. BarokMetraj project and calculation data remains only in the user’s browser unless the user actively chooses to share it; it is not sent to Barok Yapı servers.

Collected information may be used to respond to user requests, improve product and service processes, prepare quotations, provide technical support and improve the user experience.
3. Data Security
Barok Yapı applies technical and administrative measures to protect user information. Necessary security infrastructures are used to reduce the risks of unauthorized access, data loss or misuse.

Essential local storage keeps preferences and BarokMetraj projects on the device. Google Analytics is loaded only after analytics consent. Visitors can decline analytics and continue using the site’s essential functions.
5. Third-Party Services
When consent is granted, Google Analytics may process analytics data. Map, WhatsApp or email links may direct users to third-party services when opened. Those providers’ own privacy terms apply.
6. Policy Updates
Barok Yapı reserves the right to update this privacy policy when necessary. Updated content becomes effective from the date it is published on the website.
7. Retention and Requests
Contact and quotation records are retained while the request is handled and for applicable legal limitation periods.
